Pride Fitness Performance is here to deliver the highest quality strength and conditioning and the most advanced fitness instruction in the area.  Our trainers are nationally certified, highly qualified exercise specialists.  Our mission is simple: increase performance and prevent injuries.  It is not only our mission, but it is our passion to ensure that you will move better, feel better, look better, and live a better, healthier lifestyle.  It is also our mission to educate and help you incorporate this mindset into your everyday life.

Programs

Pride Fit

Our signature program!  Creative, challenging, and motivating.  Pride Fit offers a  hybrid style cross training, group workout environment.  45-55 minutes in length, including foam rolling, dynamic warm up, the main work out, and cool down.

Personal Training

At Pride Fitness Performance, our training area is designed to feel like a private studio.  You will have the benefit of working one-on-one with the most qualified personal trainers/coaches in the area. Our trainers are certified through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and possess a minimum of 5 years experience.

YogaCorr

The only place IN THE WORLD you will find this program.  It's Yoga with a twist! This program combines core training, corrective exercise, and some of the basic principles of yoga all in one.

The benefits of this program include: increased flexibility and mobility, core strength, a tighter waistline, fat loss, balance and stability, and also injury prevention. YogaCorr is the ultimate form of active recovery; a cardiovascular benefit with minimal impact on your body. Your muscles and joints will thank you.

Open Gym Reserve

Sign up for an Open Gym Membership and  choose one ~90 minute "T Time" (training time) block per day to insure you have ample space, equipment, and time to maximize a productive and effective workout.  Each ~90 minute T Time block is limited to 10 members. There will never be more than 10 people at a time in the Open Gym area during peak hours. 

Personal Training

Our trainers are certified through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and possess a minimum of 5 years experience.  In this program you can expect high quality, specific exercise prescription, nutrition consultation including a customized meal plan, as well as unlimited and prompt communication between you and your trainer.
