Things to Do
Though remote, Vermont's Northeast Kingdom offers a variety of cultural and outdoors activities for the spring, summer, winter and fall.
The area is home to many artists and artisans whose crafts are influenced by the surrounding's wilderness and country motif. Though antiquing and enjoying fall foliage aren't mentioned, those amusements are a native pass time, being native to the region. Skiing, snowmobiling, snow-shoeing and ice fishing are a winter pastime, as well, and bring many visitors to the area from December till May each year.
